The season is approaching at Agrícola Trucao. First varieties are already taking their characteristic color. Large size and bloom are the main qualities that can already be seen in the fruit.

Bloom
For soft fruits like blueberries, all stages of the supply chain are important, starting with harvesting, handling and storage conditions, through to transport, packaging, and temperature control.
